What changed in Navy PRT in June 2021?
Navy PRT test underwent some drastic modifications after the break caused by the COVID pandemic. Our Navy PRT score calculator had to adapt to these changes — here they are: Maximum age limits were raised for both women and men, reaching 65+ years old in both cases. Forearm planks replaced curl-ups. We can now choose among four cardio options instead of two before; the new choices include the 2-kilometer row and the 450-meter swim. The performance results were slightly changed in all the disciplines.
