For the main course, the turkey formula calculates: ((10 * 0.680389) + (4 * 0.3401945)) * 1.25, resulting in approximately 10.2 kg of turkey. For side dishes, you will need about 2.25 kg of potatoes (10 adults at 0.15 kg plus 4 children at 0.075 kg) and 24 dinner rolls. Wine is calculated strictly for adults, yielding roughly 7.1 liters (about 10 bottles) for your 10 adult guests.

Always account for dietary restrictions among your guests before finalizing ingredient weights. Remember to factor in thaw time if you are purchasing a frozen turkey, generally requiring 24 hours in the refrigerator for every 2 kg of bird. Finally, use the leftover multiplier intentionally: set it higher if your family loves day-after sandwiches, or keep it closer to 1.0 if you prefer a clean kitchen.
